Ayako Takagi / AYAKO TAKAGI Born in Taito Ward, Tokyo, her masterpiece "Uamou From Another Planet". She was greatly influenced by her parents, who are jewelry craftsmen, and grew up in an environment where craftsmanship was familiar to her from an early age. After graduating from the design department of Tokyo Metropolitan Kogei High School, she went to England and entered the London College of Communication. She then graduated from Camberwell College of Arts with her BA. While she was in school, she started producing and selling her character, UAMOU, mainly in Europe.
