We regret to inform you that a defect in the spring mechanism has been found in some units of our "Maneki Makuru Maneki Neko" (beckoning cat) product, which was released in January 2026.
This defect has resulted in symptoms such as the arm and hand not rotating as intended, or the hand scraping against the ground when it does rotate.
After receiving numerous inquiries and conducting further discussions, we have unfortunately decided to discontinue the release of this product.
We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience caused to our customers who purchased this product.
We take this incident very seriously and will strive to further strengthen our quality control system to prevent a recurrence.
Furthermore, we sincerely apologize again to the artists who cooperated in the production of this product for any inconvenience caused.
For customers who have already purchased this product, if you find any malfunctions or adhesive defects in your product, we will replace it with a working product.
