About coupons

▼How to use the coupon

[For smartphones]

1. Select "Add discount" at the bottom of the payment screen.
2. An input screen will appear, so enter the coupon code and select "Apply".
3. Once the coupon is applied, the coupon code and discount amount will be displayed in the order summary.
   *To cancel an applied coupon, select the "×" to the right of the coupon code.
   

[For PC users]

1. Enter the coupon code in the coupon input field on the right side of the payment screen and select "Apply".
2. Once the coupon is applied, the coupon code and discount amount will be displayed in the order summary.
   *To cancel an applied coupon, select the "×" to the right of the coupon code.

▼If the coupon cannot be used

If the coupon cannot be applied, the following reasons may apply:

■The coupon's usage conditions are not met.

Each coupon has its own set of usage conditions.
Please check the terms and conditions of use for the coupon you received.

• Available for purchases of 3,300 yen or more.
・Only applicable to eligible products
・Valid only within the expiration date

If the conditions are not met, the coupon will not be applied.

■ Incorrect coupon code entry

Coupon codes may not be recognized correctly due to differences in capitalization, etc.
Please check your input.

■ The coupon has expired.

Coupons have an expiration date.
Expired coupons cannot be used.

▼Regarding shipping costs when using coupons

Free shipping is available for orders of 6,600 yen (including tax) or more.
Please note that free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the order amount after applying any coupons.

Applying a 500 yen off coupon → 6,100 yen

In this case, the free shipping condition (over 6,600 yen) is not met, so a shipping fee of 640 yen will be charged.

*Depending on the total amount after applying the coupon, shipping charges may apply. Please check your order details before using the coupon.

• Coupons cannot be applied after the order has been confirmed.
