Born in Kochi Prefecture. Her picture book works include the "Meganeko" series (Tegami-sha), the "Shirokuma" series (PHP Institute), and the "Pan Dorobou" series (KADOKAWA). Her favorite breads are cheese bread and chocolate-covered twist bread.
