2. Arctic Ramen
Our regular customers' number one favorite menu item, the ultimate bowl of ramen that perfectly balances spiciness and flavor.

3. Cold Miso Ramen
This is a dipping noodle version of the Hokkyoku Ramen. The spiciness level is 10, the highest level, but the smooth, medium-thick noodles, chilled in cold water, are cold, making it easier to eat than the original Hokkyoku, and it's a popular menu item regardless of the season.
