| AYAKO TAKAGI Born in Taito, Tokyo. With parents who are jewelry craftsmen, he grew up in an environment where craftsmanship was a part of his life. After graduating from the design department of Tokyo Metropolitan Technical High School, he went to the UK and enrolled in Camberwell College of Arts. While he was a student, he started producing and selling his original character "UAMOU" mainly in Europe. After graduating, he returned to Japan and established Studio UAMOU. In 2010, an atelier shop was opened in the Ueno shopping mall "2k540". She loves toys, chocolate, cats and dogs. |
