"Im Im Uamou Exhibition" was a solo exhibition held in Kyoto in 2007.
The polystone and resin model "Imimuamo" that was announced there attracted a lot of attention.
After that, the exhibition was held in Shanghai.
This time, it has finally been reissued as a Japanese-made soft vinyl figure produced by Lucky Charms Department Store!
"Im Imu Uamou" is based on the motif of the 11-faced Kannon statue, and has 10 faces including the body.
It only comes together as 11 faces when the 11th face is added by someone admiring it and gazing at it with admiration.
"Imuimuamou" has been redesigned to match the texture of the soft vinyl.
It has just the right amount of volume and an indescribable presence!

| AYAKO TAKAGI Born in Taito, Tokyo. With parents who were jewelry craftsmen, he grew up in an environment where craftsmanship was a part of his life. After graduating from the design department of Tokyo Metropolitan Technical High School, he went to the UK and enrolled in Camberwell College of Arts. While he was a student, he started producing and selling his original character "UAMOU" mainly in Europe. After graduating, he returned to Japan and established Studio UAMOU. In 2010, an atelier shop was opened in the Ueno shopping mall "2k540". She loves toys, chocolate, cats and dogs. |
