DAMN is a monster that embodies the infectious and inducing power of words. Words that come out of a human mouth become voices and spread as sound waves. This characteristic led to the creation of DAMN, a strange creature with only a mouth. Its shape resembles flying words or sound waves, and it shows various expressions depending on the angle from which it is viewed.

Being a Death Anima Studio creation, it was also important that Deme could be displayed as interior décor. Sold as a set of two, it was designed to allow for a variety of different looks depending on how it was placed. And the place where people are most conscious of their mouths in their daily lives is the bathroom at home. Deme's packaging is designed to blend naturally into the space of a bathroom.

Furthermore, because the qualities of "words and contagion" are similar to those of advertising itself, Dame also has an aspect of being an advertising character for Death Anima Studio. This means that he is not just an object, but also has the appeal of a toy.

Behind the creation of this complex element lies a strong desire on the part of the artist. Damn was born as an antithesis to the modern world in which similar works are easily consumed. However, after investing a large amount of production costs and reaching a point of no return, I realized the reality that "denying consumption means creating something that won't sell." It was out of this self-deprecating feeling that I gave this monster the name "DAMN," which means "damn!"

Its shape resembles both fleeting words and sound waveforms, presenting expressions depending on the various viewing angle.

As a work by DEATH ANIMA STUDIO, it is crucial that DAMN can be displayed as interior decor. The 2-piece set design allows for diverse expressions depending on how they are arranged. Furthermore, the place where people most consciously think about their mouths in daily life is arguably the bathroom sink at home. The packaging for DAMN is designed to naturally blend into the space.

Moreover, the nature of "words and contagion" is akin to advertising itself, giving DAMN the aspect of an advertising character for DEATH ANIMA STUDIO. This suggests that it holds appeal not only as a mere object but also as a toy.

Behind these multifaceted elements lies a strong desire from the creator. DAMN was born as an antithesis to the current situation where similar works are easily consumed. However, after investing a significant amount in production and reaching a point of no return, the creator realized the reality: "Doesn't denying consumption mean creating something that won't sell?" From this self-deprecating thought, the monster was given the name "DAMN," imbued with the meaning of "Damn it!"
