| Knitting☆Horinouchi/AMIMONO★HORINOUCHI Born in 1967. After graduating from Kuwasawa Design Institute, became a graphic designer. She began working as a knitting artist around 2012 under the name "Knitting☆Horinouchi". I create knitted items using a home knitting machine. I have been using MEDICOM since 2018. We've also launched a knitwear brand with TOY called "KNIT GANG COUNCIL". Haruna SUDO The artist primarily depicts characters in monochrome, emphasizing storytelling and fashion. This book explores the idea of embracing the "girl" icon, which has often been discussed from an outsider's perspective, within one's own context, and the freedom that may be gained through this process. In addition to exhibiting original artwork, she is also active in collaborations with apparel brands, jacket artwork, and book cover illustrations. |
