After making his debut with the rental manga "Beyond the Storm" in 1956, he moved to Tokiwa-so. In 1962, "Osomatsu-kun" became an explosive hit, and he subsequently produced a string of popular works, including "Himitsu no Akko-chan," "Tensai Bakabon," and "Moeretsu Ataro," earning him the nickname "King of Gag Manga." He passed away in 2008. |
