After making his debut with the rental manga "Arashi wo Koete" in 1956, he moved to Tokiwa-so. In 1962, "Osomatsu-kun" became a huge hit, and after that he produced a succession of popular works such as "Himitsu no Akko-chan," "Tensai Bakabon," and "Moeretsu Ataro," and came to be known as the "King of Gag Manga." He passed away in 2008. |
