Ember（エンバー）は中国・深圳出身で、中国伝媒大学芸術デザイン学科卒業後、香港浸会大学で国際ジャーナリズム修士号を取得。
香港TVBではニュースキャスター兼記者として活躍し、広報・コミュニケーション戦略の立案・実施にも携わりました。
現在は新進気鋭のアーティストとして活動しており、沿海都市での幼少期や海外ポップカルチャーの影響から育まれた独創的な芸術観が特徴。レトロでキュートな作風を基調としつつ、色彩と「直感的表現」の融合を追求しています。
主なオリジナルIPとして「妹熊ベアベリー」シリーズと「宇宙生物」コレクションを展開中。

Ember Hou is a native of Shenzhen, China. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Design from the Communication University of China and a Master’s degree in International Journalism from Hong Kong Baptist University. Prior to pursuing her artistic practice, she worked as a news anchor and reporter at TVB in Hong Kong, and has professional experience in public relations and corporate communications.
Currently work as an independent artist, Ember integrates her distinctive artistic sensibility into toy design and graphic art. Her visual style is characterized by retro-inspired cuteness, and she excels at intuitive, expressive color application. Central to her artistic philosophy is the belief that sustained creative practice can authentically evoke joy and emotional resonance. Original creature includes: “Bearberry”（2023）and "Cosmic creatures-chichi&chuchu”（2025）.
