A sofvi (soft vinyl) studio operated by Kenelephant in Sumida, Tokyo.
We carry on the legacy of “sofvi,” which flourished in the mid-Showa era in Katsushika and Sumida wards of Tokyo,
as well as the traditional “slush molding” production technique.
Our soft vinyl figures are crafted by the hands of skilled artisans.
While exploring the potential of sofvi as art pieces,
we continue to deepen both the techniques and the means of expression.
