Born in Tokyo in 1968. Owner chef, founder of Ken's Cafe Tokyo. In 1998, Ken's Cafe Tokyo was opened in front of Shinjuku Gyoen, Tokyo. Launch the first Gateau chocolate specialty store in Japan.
Since 2015, he has been supervising FamilyMart's sweets, and has been in charge of the development of Ecuador Special, a chocolate using high -quality cocoa beans from Ecuador.
