[Work description]
Tokyo has a strong image of "people" and "buildings", but I noticed that there are surprisingly many "living things" in the city. There are creatures that appear because of the large number of people, cute but harmful creatures. I drew POP images of creatures that are considered pests and harmful animals in Tokyo.

In September 2020, VINYL GALLERY held a group exhibition titled "TOKYO" featuring artists.

Although the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games have been postponed, we will continue to live our daily lives under the Tokyo sky today and tomorrow. With the situation showing no signs of ending, we planned this exhibition to take another look at "Tokyo" with an eye to the future.

The works on display were created specifically for the group exhibition "Tokyo," and each artist has their own unique image of "Tokyo." Some artists depict their first impressions when they moved to Tokyo, while others express the energy and desires of the city.
