TOKYO is the second group exhibition at VINYL GALLRY. The works sold at this exhibition will be sold exclusively at the VINYL EC store.

[Work Description]
Tokyo has a strong image of "people" and "buildings," but I realized that there are surprisingly many "living things" too. Creatures that appear because there are so many people, creatures that are cute but considered harmful. POP drawings of creatures that are considered pests and vermin in Tokyo.

[Group show Tokyo / TOKYO]
In September 2020, "VINYL GALLERY" held a group exhibition "Tokyo / TOKYO" in which artists participated.

The 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics have been postponed, but today and tomorrow we will continue to live our daily lives under the Tokyo sky. We planned this exhibition because we wanted to take another look at "Tokyo" with an eye toward the future amidst a situation that seems unlikely to come to an end.

The works on display were created specifically for the group exhibition "Tokyo/TOKYO," and each artist's image of "Tokyo" is truly unique. Some artists depict their first impressions upon arriving in Tokyo, while others express Tokyo's energy and desires.
