  • The billing address or credit card address is unknown.
  • The postal code of the billing address does not match the address registered with the credit card.
  • The name on the billing address does not match the name on the credit card.


We kindly ask our customers to check their credit card statement from their credit card company for any suspicious charges.

In cases of malicious acts such as impersonation, prank orders, or refusal to accept delivery

If a third party or our store suffers damage due to a prank order, an order placed under false identity, or refusal to accept delivery for personal reasons, we may report the user's personal information and IP address to the relevant authorities, file a police report, and take strict action, including legal action to claim damages.

Furthermore, if any harassment or unwarranted defamation, including online slander, is discovered that can be interpreted as retaliation for the above actions, we will take similar measures.
